EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop the Tutorial Program on Selected Topics in Mathematics 3. This was conducted at URSM Campus Laboratory Schools during the second grading period of the school year 2016 - 2017. The focus of the study is the developed Tutorial Program on Selected Topics in Mathematics 3. The respondents of the study are the five (5) Information Technology Instructor at the University of Rizal System Morong Campus, twenty (20) selected Grade 3 students and five (5) Elementary Teachers from URSM Laboratory School. This study used descriptive developmental method. Visual Basic 6.0 was utilized as the programming language in the development of the program. The adopted and modified questionnaire - checklist in this study was adopted and modified questionnaire - checklist. The mathematical performance of the respondents before and after the exposure to Tutorial Program was 21.15 and 37.45, respectively. This shows that there was a difference of 16.30 as mean gain score of the respondents which only proves that the remedial approach was done and effective through the use of computers. There is also a significant difference among the mathematical performance of the respondents after they were exposed to Tutorial Program in solving problems as revealed by the result on the pretest and posttest. Thus, the significant value of 0.00 computed t-value of 14.10 signifies difference on the mathematical performance of the respondents. In general, it was found out that the developed program with regards to accuracy, user-friendly, applicability, completeness, workability, portability, modifiability and clarify is very much accepted. The researchers therefore concluded that the developed Tutorial Program is useful material in learning Mathematics for Grade 3. With all the formulation and conclusions, the researchers recommended that the developed Tutorial Program could be utilized by the teachers as the alternative tools in teaching Mathematics. It is also recommended for pupils to use the developed program to encourage and catch their interest in learning Mathematics. Follow up study should be conducted to improve the developed module, considering other areas and topic.
