N2  - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: 	The goal of the thesis is to develop the port terminal in Pritil, Binangonan regarding to its current condition through thorough investigation of how the terminal will be more functional not only to the people around it but also to the province of Rizal. 	The researchers focused their study in designing the said terminal. According to the locals, the terminal is said to be flooded when there is a heavy rain or storm. So the researchers think of a way of how the terminal will cope during that situation. Then they came up with the floating docks. A dock is a structure extending alongshore or out from the shore into a body of water, to which boats may be moored. The dock is then supported by a concrete pontoon which enables the dock to float. 	For the terminal itself, the researchers properly arranged the position of the stalls in there, the benches where the passengers will wait, the fish port, and also the office of the terminal. 	The researchers also computed and estimated for the design of the structure of the terminal and the floating docks.	With regard to the computations and estimates, the dimension of the concrete pontoon is 4x2x0.1 in meters with a height of 1.5m. The wooden plank has a dimension of 2x0.5x0.04 in meters. The total cost of the project is approximately P11.8M
