The study utilized the developmental and experimental research design. The researchers used the research-made questionnaire checklist to administer the data gathering. Junior High School students and TLE teachers and TLE teachers were chosen to be the respondents of the study. The developed e-Module includes different lessons in Food Preparation that consists of two lessons such as Food Preparation Techniques and Cooking Meal Products. It includes learning outcomes or assessment prior to the topic. To determine the level of performance of the respondents on the control and experimental groups as revealed in the pre-test and post-test result with respect to the different lessons in Food Preparation mean and standard deviation were used. The independent t-test was utilized to determine the significant difference on the level of performance on the control group an experimental group as revealed by post-test result with respect to the different lessons in Food Preparation. The developed e-Module in food preparation for Junior High School is considerally a significant instructional tool in teaching-learning process since it was rated "Very Much Accepted" by the two groups' respondents ER -
