It examined and determined if there is significant relationship between the two variables. The respondents were the graduating fourth year students who are enrolled in bachelor of science in mathematics in university of rizal system morong, rizal. The researchers used the survey method of research utilizing a researcher's made questionnaire-checklist as the main instrument for gathering data. Frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean and pearson correlation coefficient, the statistical tools in line with the study. The collected data were treated, interpreted and summarized presentation and comprehensive findings of the study were also done. Teachers' performance has been identified by multiple sources as the most influential factor in student achievement. The variable of teachers' performance was defined by the performance dimensions measured in a specific teacher evaluation system, performance dimensions measured in a specific teacher evaluation system, performance evaluation system (pes), and was compared to the variable of academic achievement of students, as measured by grade point average (gpa). This study required the use of pearson correlation coefficient or pearson-r test to illustrate how well teahers's performance affects academic achievement of students. The predictors used were students scores on gpa, while the criterion variable was overall teacher quality as measured by pes. The study results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. The narrow definition of teachers' performance in this study proved to be problematic in the establishment of sufficient range to get workable variance, among scores. After gathering the necessary data, the significant relationship between teachers performance and academic achievement of students in the bachelor of science in mathematics program with the computed correlation coefficient value of 0.094, although it is very small the null hypothesis is rejected and therefore found the two variables significantly related. It is recommended that the used of different teaching strategies maybe utilized by the teachers to elevate the interest of the students in learning UR - https://forms.gle/7LqvGGkaDrUQqz429 ER -
