EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to develop Mathletic Arcade. This was conducted at Tomas Claudio Memorial Elementary School during the school year 2017-2018. The respondents were fifty (50) Grade 5 pupils and six (6) Mathematics and Information Technology (IT) professors of University of Rizal System, Morong, Rizal, Quota sampling was used. The study used the descriptive developmental method. UNITY 3D 2017, Blender and adobe photoshop CS6 were utilized as the programming language in the development of the application. The questionnaire - checklist used in this study was adopted from the standard institute of electronics and electrical engineers (I.E.E.E) questionnaire - checklist. On the significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents, the Information Technology (IT) and mathematics professors with respect to all variables including accuracy, applicability, workability, completeness, modifiability and clarity, showed no significant difference that existed between this perceptions. However, in terms of user-friendliness and portability, there is significant difference. The application needs an improvement on how the application runs depending on the user. But this shows that the study is beneficial to both respondents. The pupils can use it to practice their skills in solving a mathematical problem in Mathletic Arcade and instructors can use the tool to easily teach the lessons.
