N2  - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 	This study aimed to compare and analyze the employability of homosexual individuals in selected towns in Rizal during the school year 2016-2017. This study utilized the descriptive method of research with the use of researchers made questionnaire-checklist. The variables used in this study in terms of sex, age, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly income, nature of work, length of service and status of appointment. The study tested the null hypothesis that there is no significant relationship on the employability of the respondents with respect to job waiting time, type of job, and job opportunities, in terms of sex, age, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly income, nature of work, length of service and status of appointment. 	The frequency and percentage distribution was used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly income, nature of work, length of service and status of appointment. This also includes their employability with respect to job-waiting time, type of job and job opportunities.  	To determine the significant difference on job waiting time, type of job and job opportunities of the respondents in terms of the selected variables such as sex, age, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly income, nature of work, length of service and status of appointment, Chi-square was applied. 	Based on the findings, the following conclusions are drawn that majority of the respondents were males ages ranging from 21-25 and college graduate. All respondents were employed and most of them are hold temporary position. 	Sex, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly income and nature of work had nothing to do with the respondents with respect to job waiting, type of job and job opportunities. 	There is no significant difference on the employability of the respondents with respect to job waiting time, type of job and job opportunities in terms of sex, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly income and position. Based on the above findings, the following conclusions are drawn. Majority of the respondents are males with the ages of 21 to 25 college graduate, working for one to five years with regular and temporary positions. The homosexual individuals are employed either blue or white collar job. The personological information of the homosexual individuals has nothing to do with their employability. The following are recommended.  The local government may conduct seminar/ workshop on the employment opportunities for LGBT individuals. Follow-up study on the productivity of homosexual individuals may be conducted considering other variables
