EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study focused on the Mathematical Competency of Grade 10 Students. It was conducted at Siniloan National High school during the school year 2015-2016, with five hundred sixteen (516) students in Grade 10. The study involve one hundred percent (100%) of the population of Grade 10 Students in Siniloan National High School. This study was conducted to propose an intervention program to improve competencies in mathematics as required of 21st century graduates. Descriptive and documentary analysis methods of research were employed in the study which utilized the summative test scores to determine the Mathematical Competency of Grade 10 Students with respect to the different lessons: Patterns and Algebra, Geometry, Statistics and Probability. Based from the data, the competencies of Grade 10 students of Siniloan National High School were moderate in terms of Patterns and Algebra, Geometry, Statistics and Probability as revealed by their summative test scores. The findings served as impact in the crafting of the intervention program. The intervention program or activity may be subjected to validation to determine the effectiveness of applicability.
