The Improvised Charcoal Furnace can be used as an instructional device in heat treatment class of mechanical trade and local foundry shops area. To maximize the productivity level of metal for it has the ability to accurately measure and control the heat. This study was developed at URS Morong Campus during the school year 2015-2016. In conducting this study the researchers adapted the developmental, descriptive and experimental type of research method, since, the study focused on constructing the Improvised Charcoal Furnace. Two groups of respondents were selected for the evaluation of the study. The first group consisted of five (5) mechanical professors who belonged to the college of industrial technology, and nineteen (19) mechanical students already under wet the supervised industrial training (SIT) which are the 3rd and 4th year students that fully understood and encountered other device that has the same function to the researchers' study. The questionnaire-checklist was utilized to determine the level of acceptability with respect to safety, functionality, durability and usefulness of the project it also determined the significant difference between the evaluations made by the researchers' on the acceptability of the project in terms of the above mentioned variables. Based from the gathered it was found out that there is no significant, durability and usefulness therefore the device was accepted. To further develop the Improvised Coke Fired Furnace, the researchers collectively gathered the following recommendation. They used the high grade leather gloves for the protection of the hands ER -
