The study aimed to determine the Working Capital Management of Selected Coffee Shops in the first district of Rizal Calendar Year 2015 in terms of Cash management, Inventory management and Accounts payable. The researchers used descriptive method to describe Working Capital Management of the Selected Coffee Shops in the First District of Rizal based on cash management, inventory management and accounts payable. The data were gathered through questionnaire-checklist from 10 owners and 2 operations manager of coffee shops. It was presented, analyzed and interpreted using the frequency, percentage, and rank distribution, weighted arithmetic mean and one-way ANOVA. From the summary of findings, the researchers concluded that from respondents' profile, majority of them belongs to the age bracket of 20-25 Years old and 26-31 Years old, male, married, college graduate and owners of the coffee shop. From the business profile, most of the selected coffee shops in the first district of Rizal were managed by single/sole proprietorship operated for about 2 Years and below. Their present capital was below 300000, which their sources of income came from the owner's capital and most of them had 5-8 number of employees. Besides of Coffee which was their main product, they serve rice meals, snacks, pastries, desserts, appetizers and others. Also, they offer discounts and free WI-FI and they used social media to advertise their products and to reach them and to become popular too. Based on the respondents' perception on working capital management in terms of cash management the acquired general weighted mean was 4.12 which verbally interpreted as "Frequently". With regards to inventory management, with a general mean of 4.39 which is verbally interpreted as "Always''. And with respect to accounts payable, the acquired general weighted mean of 3.97 and is verbally interpreted as "Frequently''. These respondents' perception has significant impact on the management of working capital management of selected coffee shops. As a results provided, the owners and operations manager should records unannounced cash counts of money, maintains more than one supplier of goods, and continue attending seminars or trainings that could enhance their knowledge, aptitudes and experiences in the field of business management, and invest their excess cash in other forms of investment that yield maximum interest in order to have an additional income. These practices will make their business even more productive and competitive. As for the general weighted mean of factors it obtained 4.16, it implied that the respondents of selected coffee shops in the first district of Rizal are frequently implementing these key factors in working capital management for the continuous operation of their business. Relative to tested hypotheses, there is significant relationship between respondents' profile in terms of age. Likewise, there is significant relationship between business' profile in Years of business operation and advertisement in the working capital of selected coffee shops in the First District of Rizal.
