The major proponents of the business are Kate Roem P. Amoya, Sharmin O. Bangod, Amor T. Solano and Lei Angelica S. Villarojas. The organizational structure of Vetties is composed of Manager and a three workers. The organizational structure is a line type wherein the management style is transformational style that encourages employees to reach outside of their comfort zone by constantly challenging them to learn and grow. Especially in this industry that is constantly changing The proposed target market will be the household population of Barangay Niogan which is 1,396 projected households as of 2022 Atlas. The business uses marketing strategies because among the patties that are existed in the market are made of meat in which the proponents see an opportunity to introduce a new and healthy version of patty. In pricing, the proponents get the average of the competitor's product prices to get the fair price In promoting the product, the proponents use the social media, flyers and tarpaulin to promote and to reach out potential customers. The project requires Php 190,000.00 capital. The proponents will equally be financing it through personal investments. To determine if the business is feasible, financial statements are prepared. The expected return in 2023 is 172% and will increase for the next years. The business has payback period of 5 months and 9 days. The business is not only profit oriented but also helps the economic development of the country through proper tax payments. It also helps the individuals and families by providing employment. The proponents concluded that the Vetties is profitable because its net sales will increase. It is also viable because the business can exist for a long period of time since their assets are liquid and can meet their immediate obligations. Although there are some problems that may encounter, establishing the Vetties has been proven technically and financially feasible.
