This study is focused on the production of delicious, nutritious and affordable stuffed bicho-bicho in Barangay Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal that can be enjoyed by the different age group. During the pre operating period the owner deals with all the necessary documents such as DTI certificate, business permit, barangay clearance, benefits and contributions like SSS, Phil health and Pag-ibig funds, TIN from the BIR, DOLE to legalize the business. The Proposed Business will be known as MRGK Bicho Bicho House and will be located in Calumpang, Binangonan, Rizal. The Form of business will be sole proprietorship with an initial capital amounting to Php.150, 000.00. The normal operation will start at 8:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. One of the researchers will be the owner of the business who is in-charge in the overall operation. The co-researchers will serve as the employees who help the owner in the business. The Business accepts delivery orders upon the request of the customers. The primary target market of the business are the households in Barangay Calumpang, Binangonan and nearby barangays. It will accept orders outside Calumpang. The proponents listed all the equipment, supplies, inventory and materials needed for the building improvement that the business will rent and will serve as their office and store at the same time. As the business continues operating, the owner will continue innovate the product by adding different flavors, upgrading equipments for better quality of production. The researchers look forward to the continuous growth of the business while helping others along the way. The business is expected to encounter problem in its operation and it will serve as a challenge in the management that will strengthen the foundation of the business.
