The objective of the study was to determine if the environmental working condition could affect job performance of employees in Reed Elsevier Philippines. The study was conducted during the Second Semester of School Year 2016-2017. The respondent of the study were thirty six (36) Sales Marketing Operations Team of Reed Elsevier Philippines.
The research used Descriptive method to gather information about the
issue. They used this method to gather information about the present condition. It involved collection of data to answer questions concerning the current status of the study, particularly on environmental working condition as a motivating factor on employees' performance.
