This study aimed to find out the effect of Multimedia-Driven Discussion in Mathematics to the retention of Grade 9 students in San Jose National High School and San Isidro National High School. The respondents were composed of four groups of students wherein two of these were classified as the control groups and the other were the experimental groups
The researchers used the Pretest-Posttest Control Group design of experimental method of research On the mean scores of the respondents in control group, the pre-test during first week was 10.88, and in second week was 10, while in post-test dunng first week was 19.5 and in the second week was 11:56. On the mean scores of the respondents in experimental group, the pre-test during first week was12.13 and in second week was 10.67 and post-test in first week was20.0 and in second week was 12
