The Project Development Report was entitled "HIRATAKE Shroom Project it is a Japanese term of White Oyster Mushroom The name was chosen because of its uniqueness and catchy word. The project was managed by the proponent named Ernie Krishna N. Enriquez And the project was financed by his parents

The project was located at the University of Rizal System Rodriguez Campus within the College of Agriculture Building at its left extreme side. It was completed in two cycle operation. The first cycle was started on July 18, 2015 and was terminated on September 23, 2015 while the second cycle was started on November 29, 2015 and terminated on March 19, 2016. It was composed of four hundred (400) bags of white oyster mushroom The stocks for the first cycle were purchased in Brgy Maligaya, Science City of Muñoz Nueva Ecija at forty pesos (P40.00) per bag A total of one hundred (100 bags) with a total amount of four thousand pesos (P4, 000.00), while the second cycle was composed of three hundred (300) bags and was purchased at Brgy Basuit, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, at forty pesos (P40.00) per bag, amounting to twelve thousand pesos (P12 000.00) The total amount of stocks was sixteen thousand pesos (P16, 000.00).
