This study aimed to determine the Impact of Human Relation to the Operation of Motorcycle Dealers located in San Jose Rodriguez, Rizal. The respondents were (fifty) Employees (nine) managers (eleven) marketing (nine) secretary (fourteen) cash custodians (five) collectors and (two) loan coordinator. This study was undertaken during 2nd semester of the school year 2012-2013. The study used the descriptive method which was deemed best method to determine the Impact of Human Relations utilizing questionnaire checklist. The process is composing of validation questionnaire, data gathering through questionnaire checklist, statistical treatment, analyzation and interpretation of data gathering.
For the statistical treatmen of data, frequency percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was utilized to determine the impact of human relation of inotorcycle dealers. One way a nova was used to know the. significant difference between the impact of human relation in terms of age and sex.
