The study aimed to determine the Impact of Training and Development in the Selection Process of Shore Solution Incorporated in terms of foundation specific training, product specific training, nesting and certification. During school year 2013-2014. The subject of the study were the 50 hired employees of Shore Solution Incorporated. The study utilized descriptive method with the questionnaire checklist as the tool in gathering data which is deemed most appropriate to this study.
After the data has been statistically treated, the researchers found out that, With regards to the profile of respondents, in terms of sex, female respondents got the highest frequency of 28 or 56.00 percent follow while male with 22 and 44.00 percent respectively In terms of age, majority of the respondents were 21-25 years old with the percentage of 30 percent. Hence 41- 45 years old obtained 2.00 percent of respondents. Furthermore in terms of position most of the employees of Shore Solution Incorporated are agents and in terms of department most of them are in operation department.
