This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting financial stability of selected cooperatives. And to find out the profile of the cooperative in terms of sources of income, average monthly profit, and share capital per member. number of years as cooperative, number of associate members and number of regular members. It also tried to find an answers to the factors affecting the financial stability of selected cooperatives in terms of financial management system, capital sources, and operation and production and also the significant difference on the profile to the factors affecting financial stability. The descriptive method of research was used in gathering, analyzing and interpreting the data. Moreover, a questionnaire-checklist was utilized to assess the perception of the respondents. To analyze data gathered and come up with the appropriate interpretation. The researchers used the following statistical treatment such as: Frequency, Percentage and Rank Distribution, Weighted Mean and One Way ANOVA. To measure the financial stability of selected cooperatives in Rodriguez, Rizal the five point scale with verbal interpretation was used.
