Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2018 Summary: This study was conducted to assess the training program of Electrical Equipment and System Integration Inc. The respondents of the study were thirty (30) employees in Electrical Equiprnent and System Integration Inc. The study utilized descriptive quantitative method using questionnaire checklist as a data gathering instrument. They also employed qualitative method wherein interview was also conducted to further enrich the results of the study. For the statistical treatment of the data, frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was lzed to determine the implermentation of training program at Electricat Equiprnert and System Integration Inc. You sent From the thorough analyais of data gathered and the resuts obtained in Phe pevious disoussion the following significant findings are hereby Sueed n tems of sex mostly were male witha frequency of 17 or 56 67 percet n tems of age, 21-24 years old got the highest frequency of 14 or 46.67 erent n tems of position mostly are HR Assistant and System Engineer with the sae frequency of 5 or 16.67 percent. In terms of length of service, majorty of the employees have rendered their service 1 year and below with a frequency f 10 or 33 33 percent In terms of educational attainment most of the respondents we college graduates with a frequency of 27 or 90 percent As to assessed formulation it got an average mean of 3.89 for both HR Assistant and Engineers which verbally interpreted as agree. Support of Top Management has the highest mean of 427 for HR Assistant while complete training materials has the highest mean of 4.26 for Engineers and verbally interpreted as strongly agree. In terms of implementation, the average mean was 445 and verbally interpreted as strongly agree for HR Assistant while the average mean for Engineers was 4.19 and was verbally interpreted as agree Having an adequate facilities has the highest weighted mean of 4. 64 and 437 Nor botfh HR Assistant and Engineers during the implementation of the training program at EESI and verbally interpreted as strongly agree. Lastly the evaluation of raining program of Electrical Equipment and System Integration, Ine obtains versge mean of 4.21 for HR Assistant and was verbally intepreled as Shongly Agroe hile Engineers got an average mean of 4.18 and was verbaly preted as Agree
