Innovation is a process of developing and improving the product in terms of its image, design, market place and market strategy. It gives to the company a new idea of what product may introduce to the market. The study in innovation is design to know what possible product may introduce to the market and to the future marketers, to have an idea and knowledge in making or creating a product that fits in the customer's needs and wants. This study aimed to determine the Innovative Techniques Implemented by Pampanga's Best Marikina. The respondents of the study were thirty one (31) employees of the said company compose of five (5) managers, three (3) supervisors and twenty three (23) employees.
