The observed results were tallied, computed and interpreted using appropriate statistical treatment Percentage rank was used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, civil status, and length of service. Weighted mean was used to determine the factor that affects employee's performance of the respondents with regards to their profile.
