It was conducted during the 2 semester school year 2010-2011. The study utilized the Descriptive Method. It is a fact-finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of objectives. The respondents of the study were one hundred fifty (150) loyal customers. They were chosen using random sampling. Specifically, fifteen (15) from Antipolo, twenty- five (25) from Cainta, ten (10) from San Mateo, seventy-nine(79) from Marikina and twenty-one (21) from Montalban.
