Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2012 Summary: This study aimed to know the Level of Job Satisfaction of Employees in International Business Machine (IBM) at Commonwealth, Quezon City. Job Satisfaction is an attitude, the clcarly distinguish the objects of cognitive evaluation which are affect emotion, beliefs and behaviors employee's attitudes will form towards their jobs by taking into account our feelings, our belief and our behaviors. There were One Hundred (100) Respondents, specifically; Seventy (70) Agent, Ten (10) Supervisor, Three (3) Manager, Five (5) Team coach and Twelve (12) Other Positions. It was conducted during the first semester of School year 2011- 2012. The study used Descriptive mnethod. This method of research is a fact- finding study with adequate and acurate interpretation of objectives. The researchers used the Questionnaire Checklist which was presented and validated by the experts. It utilized Questionnaire Checklist. For the statistical treatment of Data, Frequency, Percentage Distribution and Ranking We ued to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was used to know the Leve of lob You sent Ssaisactio on the boctits d sorvices, woking cOndiuon and human relations of he pkoyee, Computed vaue was utitizod to kaow the significant difference on the levet of job saixctica o0 the benetits and services, working condition and humars relation of IBM cORding o the pofle of the respondents. The inthings shewed that fifty two (52) respondents are female and forty eight (48) ae ale E egars to their age, most emplovees ages ranged from 23-32 and aove m Seqcyt os or 68.0 percent. In terms of civil status majority of employees were ang ae yeiey ot 70 or 70.0 percent. In tems of length of service, 50 employees 50.0 perce ha been in the organization from lyear below. On the level of job satisfaction in terms of benefits and services of the employees it Was caiegorized as satisfactory. As to perceive satisfied of the employees when they are group according to their profile it was found out that age, length of service and position, could affect the perception of the nspodents except sex and civil status. In line with the above findings and conclusions the researchers recommended the oliowing The Company should continue think of techniques in boosting their employees work isacsion. They should know the importance of having these factors affeciing satistacion of agloyees. They should continue integrity to their work for their companies have been very flartive sd eAicient in attending their needs so that progress for both company and employe.
