This study aimed to determine the work values and organizational commitment of the Municipal employees of Binangonan Local Government Unit for the Calendar Year 2016. The descriptive method was used to gather relevant information of the study. A validated self-made questionnaire checklist was also utilized in answering the specific problems of the research. Frequency, percentage, rank distribution, mean and One-way ANOVA were utilized to determine the work values and organizational commitment of the Municipal employees of Binangonan Local Government. Majority of the employees are 41-60 Years old, female, married, college graduate and has been serving the government for less than 20 Years and are regular employees. The computed mean on the perception of the respondents on work values and organizational commitment of the Municipal employees of Binangonan Local Government Unit in terms of Commitment to Public Interest, Professionalism, Justness and Sincerity, Responsiveness, Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment are all interpreted "Always" based on the interpretation used. The respondents perceived that employees of local government unit in Binangonan, Rizal always has high work values specifically in terms of commitment to public service and employees use government resources efficiently; in terms of professionalism, employees serve the public with dedication; in justness and sincerity, employees do not discriminate against anyone especially the poor and in terms of responsiveness, employees demonstrate politeness when serving the public. The perception of the respondents in terms of organizational commitment the government employees has the desire to maintain membership of the organization, and they chose to stay for greater opportunities await them, and rather to stay in the organization to enhance their growth and development. There was no significant difference on the respondent's perception on work values in terms of commitment to public interest. However, there is a significant difference in terms professionalism, justness and sincerity and responsiveness. There was no significant difference on the respondents' perception on organizational commitment in terms of affective commitment. However, there is a significant difference in continuance commitment and normative commitment. The researchers recommend that employees should continue to separate their professional responsibilities from their personal obligations to family and relatives; employees should continue to be respectful towards others and be sensitive to the needs of the public as their stakeholders;
