EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to create an Improvised Transmission Lifter which could contribute on the development of the automotive industry. It was conducted at University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal during SY 2014-2015. Specifically, it makes work easier and faster of the end-user such as instructor and students. The design of the device is more on its application by considering the safety and maintenance, durability, usefulness and functionality of the project. In conducting in this study the researchers used developmental, Experimental and descriptive methods of research. In doing this study, two groups of respondents were selected by the researchers for the evaluation of the project. The first group included five (5) automotive experts and the other group of evaluators include thirty (30) automotive students from University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. Based on the findings of the study, it was found out that in terms of evaluation of the Improvised Transmission Lifter the researchers came up with the following. The finding show that the safety for the end-users got Very Satisfactory and the lowest in rank got satisfactory. The other hand the experts got very Satisfactory and the lowest got satisfactory. While in terms of usefulness the Improvised Transmission Lifter the end-users got very satisfactory and the lowest rank also got very satisfactory. On the other hand, the expert got very satisfactory and the lowest rank got satisfactory. While in the functionality the end-users got very satisfactory and lowest rank got very satisfactory. On the other hand the expert got very satisfactory and the lowest rank got satisfactory. Based from the findings, the researchers concluded that the device can be used in changing clutch lining and in the automotive shop. The improvised Transmission Lifter have a long frame and adjustable pointers, the pointers adjuster must be improve to function well, the output will serve as instructional tools in the automotive shop to be used by the instructors, this device must be clean before using it to prevent dirt in thread of scissor jack and it can be operate by one person.
