The study aims to determine the effectiveness of the developed ICT-based instructional materials in English for grade 9 students. The study conducted in Kasiglahan Village Natinal High School, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal. Descriptive-Evaluate, Experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design and Developmental Design were utilized in the study. The respondents were equated on their age, grade level, academic performance, and sex and the researched used purposive sampling on it.
