The study aimed to develop a management information system for Vicente Madrigal National High School during the School Year 2015-2016 to help the organization in managing the records of the employee and students The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySql for the storage database. The features of the system were limited according to users. This users of the system are the admin, department head, guidance counselor and registrar. The admin has the full authority in the system including the adding, editing and viewing of profiles. The department heads are limited into viewing, editing and adding faculty profile and print it. The registrar have an authority to add, view and print mark sheets of students. While the registrar can add, edit and print student profiles and good moral certificate. The researchers used the descriptive method of research utilizing evaluate study as the research method. There were 22 respondents of the study which consisted of 1 principal, 1 registrar staff, 1 guidance counselor, 7 department head, 4 faculty staff from Vicente Madrigal National High School and 8 Information Communication Technology Instructor from the College of Computer Studies, University of Rizal System Binangonan. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling. After the evaluation of the system, it was found out that the developed system obtained a weighted mean of 4.7 and verbally interpreted as Highly Acceptable. As to Workability, the developed system obtained a weighted mean of 4.7 and verbally interpreted as Highly Acceptable. With regards to Completeness, the obtained weighted mean was 4.6 and verbally interpreted as Highly Acceptable. In terms of Portability, the developed system obtained weighted mean of 4.8 and verbally interpreted as Highly Acceptable. As to Modifiability, the obtained weighted mean as 4.8 and verbally interpreted as Highly Acceptable. Over all, the developed system was found out to be Highly Acceptable. which obtained a grand weighted mean of 4.7 Based on the conclusion drawn, the researchers suggest that Vicente Madrigal National High School may implement the developed Management Information System to efficiently and easily produce reports. Follow-up studies may be conducted and improved the system in terms of completeness. And future researchers may test the level of effectiveness of the Management information system for VMNHS.
