The data gathered were tallied, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted. To analyse the data gathered, the following statistical treatments were used frequency, peruemage distribution and ranking Weighted mean was utilized to identify the effectiveness of psychometric test in recruitment and selection process at Nissan Gallery, One-way ANOVA was applied toThis study revealed that the majority of respondents in terms of age is 21:15 years old, with a frequency of 36 or 72 percent. On the other hand, the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, female obtained a frequency of 29 ne 58 percent. In terms of length of service, the respondents rendered their service for one year with a frequency of 12 or 24 percem On the effectiveness of psychometric test in recruitment and selection process of Nissan Gallery Ortigas as perceived by the employees in terms of speed, obtained an average mean score of 401 and verbally interpreted as much effective Prychometric test siricaly on time limit and has a detailed set of administration matruction obtained the highest rank with a mean score of 4 28 and verbally interpreted as very much effective, while the list in rank is online psychometric text can be taken anywhere with a mean score of 3.14 and verbally interpreted as much effective in terms of reliability obtained an average mean score of 4.21 and verbally interpreted as much effective Psychometric rest can give positive effect on the efficiency of the applicant obtained the highest rank with a mean score of 4 34 and verbally interpreted as very much effecuve, while the least rank is psychometric testing is the most convenient tool in recrating and seleering employees with a mean score of 4.06 and verbally interpreted as much effective in terms of accuracy, obtained the average mean score of 4 12 and verbally interpreted as much effective Psychometric test is statistically accurate and measure what is supposed to measure obtained the highest rank with a mean score of 4 34 and verbally interpreted as
