Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Science in Mathematics University of Rizal System-Morong. 2019 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled "Mathematical Model in Estimating the Prevalence of Vector Borne Disease in Antipolo City" was conducted during the second semester of academic year 2017-2018. The purpose of this study is to know the infectious disease progress and the possible outcome of an epidemic and to inform the public city health to plan and evaluate strategies to prevent illness. The subject of the study was the infectious disease called chikungunya disease that was selected intendedly. After the approval of research title, the researchers gathered information related to the study using materials such as thesis books, articles, internet and others. The researchers applied the First Order Linear Differential Equation to determine the estimate the prevalence of disease. From the summary findings of the study, it is possible to estimate the prevalence of the infectious disease using FOLDE no matter how long the range of time. Further studies should be concluded using FOLDE in other situation are the recommend by the researchers.
