The study aimed to determine the status of pupils engaged in child labor in Sampaloc Tanay Rizal. The descriptive method of research was utilized in the study, and a questionnaire checklist in measuring the status of pupils engaged in child labor. The analysis and interpretation of data was aided with the use of frequency, percentage and weighted mean. There were 15 grade school pupils from elementary schools in Sampaloc Tanay Rizal who served as respondents of the study.
