Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA-FM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: This study primarily aimed to determine the Financial Plans of Retiring Employees in Rizal Provincial Capitol. The descriptive method of research was utilized. A self-made questionnaire served as the instrument of collecting data. The retiring employees were the respondents. The inquiry was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016. Based on the respondents' profile, most of the retirees are in 63 Years old were right enough to retire on their employment and to enjoy their life in such a way of healthy and pleasure living. Majority of the respondents were male and married with salary of 10,000-15,000 and belong to the health department. Whereas in the respondents' perception on the financial plans of retiring employees in Rizal Provincial Capitol in terms of short term plans the respondents' prefer to participate on a charity or civic purposes and attend workshops and trainings for seniors prefer activities like gardening, painting or wood carving, while in terms of long term plans they prepare to allot money for maintenance medication and be a member of an environmental campaign or religious organization. Pertaining to the respondents' perception on financial plans of retiring employees in Rizal Provincial Capitol, there is no significant difference based on the respondents' profile and perception on One Way of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). On the basis of the foregoing findings and conclusions, the following recommendations were given by the researchers; The Rizal Provincial Capitol should implement programs and conduct seminars dealing with a motive to maintain their annuities to meet their needs. It is highly-recommended that the respondents' should make contributions to the retirement accounts early in the Year, or a little each month - beginning early in the Year so that the assets can start accumulating earnings as soon as possible.
