Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA-HRDM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: This study aimed to determine the Leadership Skills of Women Managers and Supervisors of Agri-Dynamics and Breeding Corporation (ABC) in Morong, Rizal Calendar Year 2015. The researchers purposively chosen the employees of Agri-Dynamics and Breeding Corporation(ABC) as the subject of this research work since they represented an ample number to evaluate women managers. In main office there are 5 employees, and in the farm has 59 employees, all in all there were 64 employees as the total number of respondents. The researchers used descriptive method to gather information that is relevant to the study. The researchers used a partially adopted questionnaire checklist from the study of Aparentado, Jusi, Lagrama and Merin entitled "Management Skills of University of Rizal System Binangonan Administrations and Evaluation" and distributed to the employees handled by women leaders. Frequency, percentage, rank distribution, mean and one way ANOVA were utilized to determine the Leaderships Skills of Women Managers and Supervisors of Agri-Dynamics and Breeding Corporation (ABC) in Morong, Rizal Calendar Year 2015. Among 41 employees, majority were in the age of 27-29. It implies that majority of the respondents who ranked first were on the bracket of 27-29 Years old because it is the usual age that works in the farm. This implies that the maximum of employees handled by women managers and supervisors are young ages that are generally physically capable in doing farm works. Majority of employees are male and single. It implies that most of the workers that are active in the field were male, because they are the one that are physically able to do the farm works. In terms of educational attainment, the employees were high School graduates. While in terms of length of service, most of them work for 2 Years. It indicates that the employees were beginners and need more experience for them to perform their job well. In terms of monthly income, majority of the employees earned 8,001 - 10,000 per month. Majority of them were assigned as Flock man and assigned to the farm department because the nature of the industry is raising day old chicks. And majority of the respondents were in contractual basis. The computed mean on the perception of the respondents on the Leadership Skills of Women Managers and Supervisors of Agri-Dynamics and Breeding Corporation (ABC) in Morong, Rizal in terms of Technical and Human Skills were verbally interpreted as "Always", it implies that they have a good employee-employer relationship and organized in handling the performance evaluation of every employee. While the Conceptual Skills verbally interpreted as "Often" because they are limited in giving new strategies. Data gathered implied that there was no significant difference on the respondents' perception on the Leadership Skills of Women Managers and Supervisors of Agri-Dynamics and Breeding Corporation in Morong,Rizal Calendar Year 2015 in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, monthly income, and department assignment with regards to technical, human, and conceptual skills, hence the null hypothesis was accepted. However, there was a significant difference in terms of length of service, position held, and status of employment on the respondents' perception thus; the researchers rejected the null hypothesis. In the study, it concludes that women managers and supervisors were "Always" focus on their technical and human skills. Their performance were rated as "Always" in terms of technical and human skills while in conceptual skills,it is rated as "Often". For recommendations, women managers and supervisors should have tools for handling conflicts with ease. Also, they must be flexible enough when it's time to try a new procedure and must know the importance of overview point, other factors such as effectiveness of their planning, status of their projects,managing performance for the improvement of the productivity.
