The feasibility study entitled "ESTABLISHMENT OF DRUG REHABILITATION CENTER IN MACAMOT, BINANGONAN RIZAL" focused on establishing a center that will serve as ideal Home for comfort and restoration for Individuals who has afflicted by drug syndrome. The place will be be nestled on top of the hills, an ideal environment for complete healing and restoration. The aimed of the study is to provide services to drug dependents and drug abuser, to help them back and integrate with their respected community by relevant medication and theraphy from professional practitioners with care and concerned. Considering the services offered by the center its design to meet the residents (Patients) from popular cost to meet beneficiaries also from low income in short the services is affordable The proposed name of the business is "MY D.R" Motherly Yours Dependent's Recovery. The location of the business is at the mountain top area of Macamot, Binangonan Rizal, It's a conducive environment for patients to initially speed up their recovery because of its spell binding view that encourages a good vibes towards recovery, it facilitate the patients to freely moved around and enjoy nature while they are passing through therapy andrestoration process the facilities has total lot area of 1,500 square meters. During pre- operating period, engineers were consulted to guide and help them to identify the needs in the construction of the building. The location of the center is identified and secured to be the variable and feasible enough as good of project. Lastly the proponents see to it that everything necessary needed in the operation are well prepared and ready to operate. During the operating period, all personnel inside of MY D.R will be responsible to their perspective duties and responsibilities according to the analysis conducted in the study. The business is in the form of partnership wherein Eng. Joselito Alzaga one of the researcher's uncles will be a Capitalist partner, while the researchers will serve as industrial partners. All partners will be the future owners of the proposed. The required initial capital for each partner is 3,750,000 as a total of 15,000,000. The cash investment will come from owner's resources cash equivalents. The management of the business are composed of thirty six personnel including one head of Medical Department with physician, psychologist, an on call dentist, nine licensed nurse (three per shift) , nutritionist and three cooks, one Administrator with three information clerk (one per shift), nine security guards (one per shift ), three building maintenance (one per shift). An on call driver, one Accountant with three cashiers (one per shift). The target market of the study are the male residents of Angono, Binangonan and Cardona ranging from young adult to adult and elderly or aged ( 16 to 75 Years old) individuals who are financially capable to render the services of a drug rehabilitation center. The operation of the business will be open 24 hours with 3 shifts. The researchers used surveys and interviews in the key areas to gain an insight on the demand for a drug rehabilitation center that the business can penetrate. The researchers also conducted an interview to a former patient and former personnel of a drug rehabilitation center regarding the operation and treatment. Due to confidentiality of different drug rehabilitation in Rizal, the researchers used internet and different paper documents to know how drug rehabilitation works and to gather more information. The business will provide a services on categorical basis, for drug dependents residents a period of twelve months is recommended for them which include detoxification process , therapy, educational dynamics while other residents who belonged to drug abuser will be treated for a period of six months, recreational drug user will be treated for a period of three months and the business concept came up based on survey, the project can provide and accommodate maximum client of 189 for the first Year of operation. The business is profitable as evidenced by the projected financial statements. The financial ratios are used to determine the profitability and liquidity of the business. The social desirability point out the benefits that the community will get through the operation of the business. In any business, encountering problems is always a leeway, that's why the researchers provided some possible equations to meet the conflicts that might exist during the operation and suggested different solutions for the stability of the business. The data gathered, as well as the supporting schedule and analysis made by the researchers, proves that the said undertaking is feasible and viable.
