This study primarily aimed to determine the Human Resource Development Management of Carlo Reyes and IWAKI Salon in Binangonan, Rizal. There are a 40 respondents from Carlo Reyes and IWAKI Salon. The questionnaire was partially adopted which was used to gather data. The respondents were grouped according to their age, sex, civil status and position held as well as the human resource factors such as the acquisition, development, maintenance, and motivation. They study the descriptive method utilizing the partially adopted questionnaire checklist. Weighted mean was used to determine the respondents perception analyzing Human Resource Development Management of Carlo Reyes and IWAKI Salon. One-Way Analysis of Variance was used to determine if there is a significant difference on their perception with regards to the Human Resource Development Management of Carlo Reyes and IWAKI Salon. Based on the gathered data, majority of the respondents under the aged braked of young adult, male, single, vocational graduate, less than a Year in tenure, have a monthly income of minimum salary and permanent. The factors that mostly influence the Human Resource Management of employees are the Development Factors. On the other hand, the motivational Factors are the least factors that influence the same. There is a significant difference on the respondents profile in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, length of service, monthly income, status of employment and position held. On the basis of foregoing findings and conclusions, the researchers recommended providing employees with various motivational techniques for them to enhance their effectiveness. Carlo Reyes and IWAKI Salon must improve their incentive programs to encourage employee to work effectively. Human Resource Development Management must evaluate their employees properly in promoting deserving employees. Employees must expose to different training programs of the company especially those newly hired and Carlo Reyes and IWAKI Salon must conduct different motivational process.
