Despite these good properties there are problems encountered due to harmful effects they give to the environment and humans. This is due because of some added chemicals. It will be of great help to many if there is a safe and effective yet affordable feeds in the market that farmers could use in agriculture. Purslane as feeds helps the chicken to produce more healthy eggs. Feeding chickens in old and natural way helps them to develop and boost their immune system without using other harmful chemicals that are added in some commercial feeds. Nowadays it is not the composition only for these feeds. It includes corn, soybean meal, field peas and wheat. The proponents chose Barangay San Miguel Baras, Rizal because it is located along the highway and it is accessible to poultry owners. During pre-operating period, the researchers need to comply with all the necessary requirements like business permit, Mayor's permit and tax provisions. The business will need at least Php1, 000, 000 for the initial capital. The initial capital needed for this business was provided by Mr. Gabriel Villareal, the branch owner of the School names Kumon in Taguig City and already one of the stockholders of San Miguel Corporation. The researchers also need to ensure that all raw materials and machineries are in a good condition. The business will start its normal operation at exactly eight in the morning and will be closed at five in the afternoon. As to the extension of working hours it depends on the demands and needs of the customers likewise, the business will operate from Monday to Saturday. During the second Year of operation, the business gains their investment and paid the remaining balance to Mr. Villareal to settle the debt that has been borrowed to start the Business operation. In this study, the researchers will make this product as one of the most healthy and affordable feeds for laying hens. With proper procedures and process, this product will be an alternative food for the said hens.
