The owners were responsible in dealing with the government agencies to secure the necessary permits and licenses and other documents needed for the legal establishment of the business v The business will be in the form of general partnership. The proponents will also be the owners of the said business. Proponents will hire the exact numbers of people that serve as employees needed for the daily production of our business. The business will be having a normal operation schedule. The business hours will start at exactly seven in the morning and last up to four in the afternoon and will extend working hours depending on the demands and needs of the customers. The schedule of working days is from Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM and closed during Sunday. The proponents conducted a survey, interview and did some free tastes to some of their target market consisting of people between 12-60 Years old who are willing to buy gumamela juice. The result of the conducted survey found out that 84 out of 100 or 84 percent of the respondents are willing to buy gumamela juice. The proponents believed that the target market will patronize the said product based on the survey conducted. Afterwards, the information that was obtained became their basis in projecting the demand. Generally, the business will register and obtain clearances from government institutions which include the following: DTI, Barangay Clearance, Business Permit, mandatory registration to SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig Funds, TIN from BIR and permits from DOLE. These permits or requirements are needed in a business to be deemed as legal and therefore can operate according to the requirements of the law. The place will be rented in Brgy. Darangan and will carry the brand name "Delicious Gumamela Juice" with the needed capitalization of Php 200,000 which will be contributed by partners from their personal savings. With the analyses conducted using various real data and accepted accounting assumptions, the study concluded the establishing a gumamela juice production business in BInangonan, Rizal is feasible and viable.
