Renovation of lake island resort: an architectural study

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to preserve and renovate the Lake Island Resort. Specifically, its objectives are the following: determine an architectural planning solution for the preservation and renovation of Lake Island resort in terms of environment, tourism and organic architecture and draw the renovations plans of the following dike and swimming pools, restaurant, guard house, kitchen, private rooms, hotel rooms, storage and administration building. Likewise the study also prepares and draw the design of the resort such as the floor plan of the hotel room, floor plan and private house, floor plan administration building, floor plan of private toilet, floor plan of public toilet, floor plan of kitchen, floor plan of guard house, floor plan of storage, front, rear, right and left elevations, and lighting layout. The researchers also draw the renovation plan of Lake Island Resort. Furthermore, the studies also analyze the benefits gain from the resort. Socioeconomic benefits and financial. Lastly, construct miniature of the lake island resort. The researchers prepared an architectural planning solution for the renovations of Lake Island Resort, with respect to the following environment tourism and organic architecture. This study attempted to determine an architectural planning solution for the preservation and renovation of Lake Island Resort in terms of environment; tourism; and organic architecture. The researchers draw the renovations plans of the following swimming pools, restaurant, public toilet, pathways, parking lot, cottage, dikes fountains and fishing boat. Based on the findings and conclusions made, the researchers highly recommended the further study for upgrading and improving the proposed renovation of Lake Island resort. The researchers also recommended that the authorizes should give assurance and permission for proper placement of signage of the lake island resort.
