Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Technology major in Drafting Technology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to design an Architectural Bolt and Nut Building. Specifically, it aimed to determine the acceptability in terms of aesthetic design impact, environmental impact, timeliness of design and usability of design. Furthermore, the study also aimed to determine the significant difference between the evaluations made by the experts and drafting students, draft set of plans which includes the architectural plans, interior design, exterior design and landscaping and construct miniature of the Architectural Design of Bolt and Nut Building. Based on the summary of findings, the study concluded that the Bolt and Nut Building attained its objectives. The acceptability of Architectural Design of Bolt and Nut Building in terms of aesthetic design impact was fount out to be very acceptable for experts and extremely acceptable for students. In terms of Environmental Impact, it was found out to be very acceptable for both group of respondents. In terms of the Timeliness of design, the architectural design of bolt and nut building was found to be very acceptable for experts and extremely acceptable for students. The evaluation if the architectural design of bolt and nut building between the two groups of respondents, the experts and the students, revealed that the evaluation of the architectural design of bolt and nut building made between the two groups of respondents, the experts and the drafting students were found no significant difference in terms of aesthetic design impact, environmental impact, timeliness of design and usability of the design. The researchers prepared and drafted several sets of plan which includes architectural plans such as floor plans, elevation, interior design, exterior designs and landscape design. The researchers constructed a miniature of the building for the experts and students to figure both the interior and exterior phase of the structure. Based on the suggestions of the expert and students, the study recommended that, since the design was highly accepted by the respondents particularly by the experts, the design maybe subjected for implementation or construction once a possible demand of a user arise. The study might be highly accepted by the respondents, but revisions in the study must be done to improve more the output. Furthermore, the study should also include the interior design of the building for the sake of other users who have no idea or unfamiliar in this aspect of architectural designing. In addition, it should have a landscape drawing. Lastly, consider also the safety of the materials used.
