Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering) -- University of Rizal System-Morong.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to develop a Student Portal for College of Engineering, During the academic year 2016-2017 at the University of Rizal System Morong Campus. This study was conducted to benefit students in terms of necessary information concerning College of Engineering. The faculty members can distribute the grades of their students through the portal, while the leaders of the different organizations and sub organizations can post articles and announcements with concerns to all activity, events and announcements within the college. The respondents of the study were some of the chosen faculty members and students of the College of Engineering. The researchers utilized and adapted questionnaire checklist to evaluate the performance of the study in terms of accuracy, security, portability, functionality, modifiability and user-friendliness to ascertain the acceptability of the proposed system. The researchers utilized the use of Hypertext Preprocessor as an interface for creating the programs and SQL database. The researchers further consider CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, Javascript and PHP for developing the system. The researchers assumed that the website 'URSMPORTAL.COM' was certified owned product of the URS Morong College of Engineering.
