This feasibility study entitled "Production of Special Choco Balls in Binangonan, Rizal who will be recognized as a business who offers homemade choco balls. The study aims to determine the viability, feasibility and profitability of the proposed business. It will be in the form of sole proprietorship and is committed in producing high quality and best choco balls. The products will be distributed and supplied to the target educational institutions in Binangonan, Rizal. The proposed business will be established in 40 square metersin Binangonan, Rizal. The business will need a total capital investment of Php 250,000.00. During the operating period, the owner will manage and supervise in assigning duties and responsibilities of the personnel. Two (2) production workers and a distributing personnel will be hired for the establishment. In marketing, the proponents are concerned with the demand, supply and pricing of the proposed product. The researchers conducted surveys and oral interviews on educational institution canteens in the municipality of Binangonan, Rizal. The channel of distribution and projected sales and quantity were determined. the projected demand of choco-balls in different educational institution canteens in Binangonan, Rizal in the next five Years. The rate of increase in demand per Year is the hypothetical assumption of the researchers based on the high growth rate of population of the said municipality which is 3.41%. In production, the project covers the product specification, production process and production capacity. The business will manufacture the choco-balls using raw materials mostly coming from the public market. Production schedule and input as well as the physical facilities and lay-out were discussed in this aspect. From the survey and oral interview conducted by the proponents, they found out that some School canteens are loyal and they prefer to continue their order from their current supplier, but the thing is, prices do really matter. Since the proposed choco-balls will be established in Binangonan, Rizal, an accessible location to target markets, the price that the business will offer will be distant compare to the price of other desserts from other municipalities. The project also covers tax and legal aspects that are necessary for the establishment of the business. Income earned by the proposed business will be taxed by the government. Fees and licenses required in establishment of the business are itemized in this part of the study. Financial analyses and estimates of the proposed business is the most important aspect of the study. Various assumptions on the projected cost in the establishment and operation of the business are shown. It also shows the projected income proving how profitable the business is. The study also discuss on how the proposed business will contribute to community of Binangonan, Rizal particularly in Barangay Mambog. The proponents also enumerated some problems that the proposed business might encounter, and cited some recommendations.
