This study is primarily focused on the Inventory Control System Applied by Selected Pharmaceutical Stores in Angono, Rizal. The researchers used the descriptive method of research and the data was collected through a questionnaire-checklist. Thereafter, the data were presented and interpreted using statistical treatments like frequency, percentage and rank distribution, Weighted mean and One Way ANOVA. Primary data were gathered from 51 respondents on the 17 registered pharmacies in Angono, Rizal. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers drawn the following conclusions. With regards to the respondents' profile, the majority of the respondents were female college graduates on their middle ages. In terms of business profile, the majority were small scale businesses which are operating for one to twelve hours for five Years and have an initial capital of one hundred thousand pesos below with a present capital of one hundred thousand pesos and above For the respondents' perception on inventory control practices, the researchers came up with "Strongly Agree. It means that the pharmacies strongly agreed for applying the inventory control techniques. There is no significant relationship between the respondents' perception when grouped according to personal profile. There is no significant relationship between the respondents' perception when grouped according to business profile. Based on the summary of findings and conclusions, the researchers recommend that pharmaceutical stores in Angono, Rizal may establish a proper inventory management system to maximize profit and minimize cost of inventory, the pharmacy should hire qualified personnel in their inventory control system so that the inventory will be properly managed and the pharmacies should determine the maximum level of inventories to reduce the spoilage of medicines especially in seasonal drugs.
