This study aimed to determine the training needs assessment of BSBA Graduating Student of URS-Rodriguez It was participated in by 62 respondents wherein were female and male. It was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016. Descriptive method of research was deemed relevant to gather Total Number of Pages.
data for this kind of study. For in depth analysis and interpretation of the data, the following statistical treatments were employed: To determine the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, major courses, frequency, percentage distribution were used. To determine the extent of training needs assessment of BSBA graduating student in University of Rizal System- Rodriguez, computed mean was utilized. To determine the significant difference the training needs assessment as perceived by the respondents when they are group according to their profile, computed one
way ANOVA was applied.
