The Study primarily aimed to develop a Transaction Processing System for Corsan's Pharmacare in Cainta, Rizal during the School Year 2015-2016. In this research, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 was the programming language used and Microsoft Access 2007 for the database. The study was conducted at Corsan's Pharmacare in Cainta, Rizal during the School Year 2014-2015. The development system has 4 user types which is the owner who can access all the records and reports of transaction and inventory easily without hassle, can manipulate all the features such as updating products information and price and add new system users. The manager can access all the inventory and transaction easily, the clerk who can access and monitor all the inventory products and the cashier who can easily process and handle transactions. The researcher used descriptive-evaluate type of research in the conduction of the study because it suited the study. The researchers used purposive sampling technique in selecting the total respondents which is composed of the owner, 1 branch manager, 1 clerk, 1 cashier and the 6 IT instructors with a total of 10 respondents. The researchers used adapted and modified questionnaire checklist as the instrument for data gathering. After the evaluation of the system, it is found that the development system was acceptable by the respondents but there is a need of further improvement in terms of portability and completeness. Through the given findings and conclusions, the researchers offered the following recommendations that the development system can be implemented to improve the transaction processes of Corsan's Pharmacare. Follow up studies may be conducted for further improvement of the proposed system in terms of portability and completeness. Parallel studies may be conducted to test the level of effectiveness of the developed system.
