Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The primary subject objective of this study is to determine the job performance and academic performance of working students of University of Rizal System Morong. This was conducted during the first semester of school year 2016-2017. The respondents of the study were composed of 50 selected working students of University of Rizal System Morong. The researchers used the adapted-modified questionnaire-checklist as the main instrument in gathering the needed data in order to test the hypothesis and answer the question concerning the study. The researchers conducted the study to find out the relationship of job performance to academic performance with respect to different variables. Based from the data obtained, the following findings were hereby presented. The level of academic performance of the respondents with respect to general weighted average, were verbally interpreted as "High". The level of job performance of the respondents with respect to different aspects, were verbally interpreted as "Above Expectations" The difference on the level of job performance of male and female of working students of University of Rizal System Morong revealed that there is no significant difference on the job performance of male and female of working students with respect to quality of work, productivity, knowledge of the job, dependability, and judgment and policy compliance, but there is significant difference on the job performance of male and female working students with respect to adaptability, initiative and resourcefulness, and interpersonal relations and customer services. The relationship between the level of academic performance and job performance of working Students University of Rizal System Morong revealed that there is no significant relationship between the academic performance and job performance of working students. Based from the summary of findings, it was concluded that there is no significant difference on the level of job performance of male and female of working students with respect to quality of work, productivity, knowledge of the job, dependability; and judgment and policy compliance, hereby the null hypothesis was accepted, but there is significant difference on the job performance of male and female working students with respect to adaptability, initiative and resourcefulness, and interpersonal relations and customer services, thus the null hypothesis was rejected. It is also concluded that there is no significant relationship between the academic performance and job performance of working students, thus the null hypothesis was accepted. The researchers recommended that the school may provide programs that may help students in financial matter. The working students may provide their daily plan of activities to manage their time appropriately and they must be responsible for every duties and responsibilities given to them.
