Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to restore an Old Pipe Threader Machine, perform try-out and revision and evaluate the acceptability of the device in terms of usefulness, performance, safety and maintenance and durability. Likewise, it also determine the significant difference on the acceptability between the evaluation made by the end users and expert of the restored Old Pipe Threader Machine in terms of above cited variables and develop user's manual for the developed project. The restoration of an Old Pipe Threader Machine was made and considered as successful activity because this useful for the users of the device. Machine was found and functional in threading different sizes of galvanized iron pipe. Try out and revisions were also done by the researchers during the construction period and found out some defects, as well as the problems during the restoration period. Revisions were done by the researchers to replace and fix the problems encountered so that the machine will be utilized effectively. On the level of acceptability of the Restored Old Pipe Threader Machine in terms of usefulness, the respondent's evaluation got an average weighted mean of 4.8 which verbally interpreted as extremely useful. In terms of safety and maintenance, the respondent's evaluation obtained an average weighted mean of 4.7 which was verbally interpreted as extremely safe. In terms of performance, the respondent's evaluation found an average weighted mean of 4.7 which was verbally interpreted as extremely satisfactory. In terms of durability, the respondent's evaluation attained an average weighted mean of 4.7 which was verbally interpreted as extremely durable. Based on the summary of findings, the Restored Old Pipe Threader Machine, found to be much acceptable as to usefulness, performance, safety and maintenance, durability as evaluated by the end-users and experts. Based on the result of findings and conclusions, the researchers recommended that financial support should be given for the implementation of the device. Parallel study should be made to improve this study. On the significant difference on the evaluation made by the experts and end-users, found out that the hypothesis which states that there is no significant difference between the evaluation made by two groups of respondents on Restored Old Pipe Threader Machine in terms of usefulness, safety and maintenance, performance and durability is accepted and verbally interpreted as not significant. Lastly, the user's manual was also developed and prepared consisting of different component parts such as the operating procedures, safety precautions, installation, inspection and maintenance, which is very useful to the users of the restored machine.
