EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was mainly concerned on the extent of Awareness on the implementation of k to 12 program Subay elementary school. It was conducted during the school year 2016-2017. This endeavored to find out the extent of awareness on the implementation of K to 12 program with respect to objectives, content, pupils learning experiences, and evaluation. The study made us of questionnaire checklist to determine the extent if awareness in the implementation of K to 12 program in subay elementary school as evaluated by the respondents. The statistical treatments used were mean and independent t-test to answer the research problems. This was realized guided by the descriptive-evaluative research since they tried to reveal the awareness of K to 12 program as very much aware with respect to objectives, contents, pupils learning experiences and evaluation. In general, the K to 12 program was evaluated by the respondents as very much aware. Moreover, there was no significant difference on the evaluations of the two groups of respondents on the extent of awareness on the implementation of K to 12 program with respect to objectives, contents, pupils' learning experiences and evaluation since the P-values exceeded the 0.05 level of significance. Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that the teachers and parents in Subay Elementary School were very much aware and oriented about the implementation of K to 12 Program. It was also found out that the evaluation of the teachers and parents about the extent of awareness on the implementation of K to 12 Program with respect to the four variables was almost the same or has similar outcome. Based on the analysis and interpretation of data gathered, it is recommended that school must conduct continuous information dissemination on K to 12 program.
