The study was conducted at the Barangay Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal during the First Semester of School Year 2017-2018. Experimental method was applied using 15 dogs which were divided into three groups having 5 replications each. These were assigned to the control using commercial organic soap, 25% and 50% makabuhai extracts. The findings were as follows: After the application of commercial organic soap, 25 % and 50% of makabuhai extracts on dogs, all of the pets are fully recovered from infestation of ticks and fleas after 6 weeks of treatment. There is no significant difference on the effect of 25 % and 50% concentrations of makabuhai extracts on dogs' parasites as evident in the computed value of 0.42 using Fisher's exact prabability test.
