Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2019 Summary: This study was undertaken to determine the Employee Engagement at Donsde Resources Corporation It utilized the descriptive method of research using questionnaire checklist which is the main instrument in gathering data. The subjects of the study were the fifty (50) employees. Specifically, 25 were company drivers. 13 helpers and 12 were company staff in Dorado Resources Corporation. It was conducted at Dorado Resources Corporation during the 2nd semester of school year 2017- 2018. For statistical treatment of the data, the frequency and percentage distribution, were used to determine the profile of the respondents Mean was utilized to determine the level of employee engagement and factors influencing employees engagement at work in Dorado Resources Corporation. Chi-square was employed to determine the significant relationship on the level of employee engagement when they are grouped according to their profile From the analysis and interpretation of data it was found out that in terms of age, most of the respondents belonged to age bracket of 44-48 and 49-53 years old with the same frequency of 9 or 18 percent, while in terms of sex, most of the respondents are male with a frequency of 39 or 78 percent, in terms of civil status, most of the respondents were married with 32 or 64 percent, in terms of length of service, majority are in service for almost 6 to 10 years with the frequency of 23 or 46 percent, while in terms of educational attainment, 16-32 percent of the respondents attained elementary level.
