This study sought to determine the living conditions of relocatees in Southville 10, Tanay, Rizal in the aspects of their housing conditions, provision for alternative occupation, accessibility to job locations and basic social services, and security and the perceived extent of implementation of the resettlement programs with respect to its governing policies and operations including concerns encountered by the respondents. To determine the profile and living conditions of the respondents frequency and percentage distribution was used while to discern the perceived extent of implementation of the resettlement programs, mean and standard deviation were employed. furthermore, in order to recognize the hypothesis that there is no significant difference between the profile and the the perceived extent of implementation, f-test or one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed. the concerns of the respondents were summarized and ranked according to frequency to identify what worries the relocatees the most.
