Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This aimed to create a Bluetooth controlled R obo-car via android phone with collaborative augmented reality. This study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Laboratory School during the school year 2017-2018. The respondents were 60 Grade 8 students and 20 professors of University of Rizal System Laboratory School-Morong during the academic year 2017-2018. The researchers used descriptive and developmental method of research design. The main concern of the study is to develop the Bluetooth controlled Robo-car via Android Phone with Collaborative Augmented Reality, and to test its acceptability as an instructional material. The researchers used the program Thunkable as the program developing software which used Block Programming Language, Arduino IDE for the coding of the Arduino Uno and Unity 5.62f1 (64bit) as the program developing software for the Augmented Reality. To determine the level of acceptability of the Bluetooth Controlled Robo-car via Android Phone with Collaborative Augmented Reality weighted mean was used and to determine if there is a significant difference between the perceptions of the respondents on the said program, t-test was utilized. The research design used was descriptive and developmental form of research because it aimed to do evaluation and it utilized an adapted questionnaire to evaluate the level of acceptability of the developed program. It also utilized different sources and topics related to the study. With regards to the statistical tools, weighted mean was used to determine the level of acceptability as perceived by the respondents in terms of functionality, movement performance, portability, usefulness, efficiency, safety, and modifiability; and the independent t-test to find out if there is significant difference on the perception made by two groups of respondents on the acceptability of the program. After gathering the necessary data, findings showed that the acceptability of the program revealed to very much accepted as revealed by the student and instructors for it obtained a high value of weighted mean of 4.83 and 4.79 respectively which proves and accepts the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference on their perceptions in terms of the variables used.
