This study aimed to assess the Availment of Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag- Asenso (P3) for Small Businesses at Valenzuela City. The subjects of the study were the availment of pondo sa pagbabago at pag-asenso for small businesses The respondents of the study were the 53 small business owners. The respondents were from cooperatives that are accredited partners of SB Corporation In which the respondents need to be a member of cooperative first before they grant a loan Descriptive method of research was utilized in this study For better result and accuracy of interpretation of gathered data, the researchers used the following Statistical treatment, the Frequency, Percentage Distribution, and Ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of number of years in operation, estimated income per month, and nature of business. To assess the procedure and the terms & condition of the respondents on the availment of pondo sa pagbabago at pag-asenso (P3) for small businesses, Weighted Mean was utilized. For the significant difference on the profile of the Respondents and the availment of pondo sa pag-babago at pag- asenso, one-way ANOVA was applied.
